Sarah discovered her love for acting while in the Prep school. Her drama teacher spotted her slicing across the lawn in an effort not to be late for the field hockey game, he advised she to not practice and join the cast of Richard III and thus began her love affair with acting. Sarah was inspired to further her acting abilities by choosing an academic double major at Hamilton College at Hamilton College in English and Theatre. She also studied theatre in London and Oxford in her Junior year. Parents who were both talented artists as well as English teachers supported her passion to study the arts.
